EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
As a qualified psychotherapist, I work to help individuals who may be struggling to manage life’s challenges. My aim is to provide therapeutic support to help my clients become the best version of themselves.
Since 2013, I have worked in various art therapy and psychotherapy settings. I have also worked in primary and secondary schools, private clinics, charities, the NHS and CAMHS services. By working in these settings, I have been able to bring together many different experiences, taking all that I have learned and loved to become a more responsive and experienced practitioner.
I integrate a wide range of therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of my clients best. This includes drawing on skills in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Development and Person-Centred Counselling.
I have a history of success in supporting clients who have struggled with, but not limited to, Eating Disorders, Relationship Difficulties, Depression, Anxiety, Identity, Trauma, Grief and Loss. I support individuals, couples and groups. I have worked with clients face to face, using online tools (i.e. Zoom) and over the telephone. My efforts are always to make therapy accessible and comfortable for all.
My face to face sessions are in Walsall, West Midlands. However, I can offer remote/online sessions, wherever you are in the UK
