Remote / Online Therapy

With recent COVID-19 worries, many people are feeling anxious and depressed.  Periods of self-isolation and social distancing have caused people to feel more lonely, and in some cases unable to engage in the practices that may have enhanced mental health before. Even as the pandemic wavers, the confidence to return to normal life, or the 'new normal' is very variable between people.  Should you need support for your wellbeing at this time, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

We can offer online and/or telephone sessions for general counselling, anxiety, stress and mood management. If you are lonely and just want to talk, this is fine - we can call.  If you are local and can't get out for supplies because you are self-isolating, please let us know and we will work to assist you.  We are here to earn a living, but we are also humanitarian in our approach.

You may contact us on 01217771675 or info@solihullwellbeingclinic.com

Keep safe and try to find a balance between being vigilant whilst also remaining positive and optimistic. Here is a message you may find useful:

And the people stayed at home. And read books, and listened, and rested, and exercised, and made art and played games, and learned new ways of being, and were still.  They listened more deeply. Some meditated, some prayed, some danced. Some met their shadows. And the people began to think differently.  And the people healed. And in the absence of people living in ignorant, dangerous, mindless and heartless ways, the earth began to heal. And when the danger passed, and the people joined together again, they grieved their losses, and made new choices, and dreamed new images, and created new ways to live..
