With the COVID-19 worries, many people are feeling anxious and depressed. Self-isolation and social distancing is also making people feel more lonely, and unable to engage in the practices that may have enhanced mental health before. Should you need support for your wellbeing at this time, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
We can offer online and/or telephone sessions for general counselling, anxiety, stress and mood management. If you are lonely and just want to talk, this is fine - we can call. If you are local and can't get out for supplies because you are self-isolating, please let us know and we will work to assist you.
