I’m an EMDR therapist and use a number of other approaches, to include CBT. I have over 20 years experience working with adults, families children and adolescents on a range of issues that people can struggle with. This includes depression, anxiety, OCD, eating issues, self-esteem, social skills and stress.  I also have a special interest in ASD.
