I have over two decades of experience as a Mental Health Nurse working within CAMHS services across the West Midlands. For the past six years, I’ve specialised in Trauma Therapy using EMDR with clients of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults. I’m also an accredited NVR (Non-Violent Resistance) practitioner with 12 years’ experience supporting parents of young people facing emotional and mental health challenges. I offer parent-focused support through NVR and SPACE approaches. Additionally, I bring nine years of experience in systemic work, providing therapeutic support to families and groups.

• Post Graduate Certificate in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

• Trainings in Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT)

• Training in the Rewind Method

• Foundation Training in Systemic Family Therapy

• Advanced Certificate in Non -Violent Resistance (NVR)
