Therapies offered
I work in collaboration with clients to integrate and adapt approaches to each person’s unique needs. I draw on a range of different models of psychotherapy including cognitive, behavioural, psychodynamic and systemic to understand problems from multiple perspectives. In addition. I have a strong interest in the biological and neurological basis to psychological difficulties and drawing on both cutting edge research and ancient sources of wisdom to bring a holistic understanding and approach to ensure the most effective and broad reaching interventions to support your overall health and well-being. Where appropriate I can integrate body based approaches into sessions to ensure that change is embodied and not just an intellectual exercise.
