Nabeelah Khan-Cheema
Person Centred Counsellor

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
I specialise in helping women to feel more confident and resilient to manage their difficulties. Some of the issues I can help with are postnatal depression, menopause, anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and anger management.
I am very passionate about the work I do, as I have the great privilege of seeing women’s lives change for the better. I also recognise how daunting the prospect of counselling can be. I therefore, make every effort to provide a warm, supportive space, where you can speak freely, without the fear of being judged.
If you have any questions or concerns, I am happy for you to get in touch for an informal chat. I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation, with no obligation.
