EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

My interest in health and wellbeing began over 8 years ago when I embarked on my own healing journey to find better health. This path led me to the amazing wonders of holistic medicine, encouraging the natural healing mechanisms of the body to resolve root causes.

The diversity of food, supplementation, herbs and lifestyle changes available to support the body fascinated me to change my professional career and learn more about nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Years later I have now graduated from The College of Naturopathic Medicine as a Registered Nutritional Therapist.

It is my passion to inspire clients to make the necessary changes to regain optimal health, whilst supporting clients on their health journey back to vitality.  Whether you are suffering from hormone imbalance, difficulty managing your weight, poor energy, stress, brain fog or gut issues (i.e., acid reflux, irregular bowel movement, bloating or flatulence), I am here to listen, understand and discover the root cause of your symptoms.

Nutritional therapy is not just about food. A consultation looks holistically at all aspects of your health, diet, eating habits, exercise, medical history, goals and lifestyle. As a Nutritional Therapist I can help you make the connections and tailor an individual plan that will enhance your life and put you back on track.
