Experience and Skills
I have been qualified as a Clinical Psychologist for over 10 years and I practice using trauma- focused, compassion-focused and mindfulness based cognitive behavioural therapy and techniques. I specialise in working with adults and young people (15 years and over) presenting with a range of psychological and emotional difficulties including anxiety, trauma and PTSD. I also undertake therapy within a medico-legal context and assess and treat individuals following an accident/ injury. In addition, I have an interest in stress management and well-being in the work place and run a group teaching mindfulness skills.
I have over 8 years’ experience of working as an expert witness for the Court and offer expert assessment and opinion on matters of clinical negligence, personal injury, failure to provide, Mental Capacity, assessment of learning disabilities/ cognitive functioning, mental health and fitness to plead/stand trial.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology, master’s degree in Health Psychology, practitioner doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have undertaken additional professional development in cognitive behavioural approaches.

Therapy fees start at £85 per hour. Assessments and psychological reports are priced depending on need
