My training is in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and Counselling which is a therapy that offers people a means to examine and improve how they interact with themselves, others and the world. I have 8 years of experience working with individuals and groups. I have particular expertise working with people struggling with addiction. I offer services to those who wish to process and deal with

• anger management

• anxiety, depression

• stress and work related stress 

• sexual abuse, trauma

• low self-esteem

• issues around sexuality, food

• attachment issues 

• difficulties in relationships

 

Although Transactional Analysis is my main focus when helping people, I also utilise other healing skills including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness Practise. I am also very comfortable helping people look at spirituality and existential issues.



I am also certified to deliver therapy online , and am working towards my Master’s Degree in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. I have been trained as a coach and mentor and have certificates in
