Experience and Skills

I have been practicing Yoga for over 15 years since I attended University to study Dance, I was introduced to many different forms of movement, including Yoga.  Since then I have continued my practice which has helped me in many areas of my life to grow stronger, more flexible and calmer, both on and off the mat.  Particularly during my pregnancies I found Yoga really beneficial, helping me to connect with my babies even before they were born and inspiring me to live a more peaceful and mindful life.

I am a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance having completed my 200 hour Hatha Yoga training with Sandstone in Birmingham and my pregnancy training with Whitespace Yoga Studio Milton Keynes.

In my classes, you may expect a balanced 'stretchy flow' suitable for every body especially beginners followed by a well earned relaxation. 

I enjoy helping others to nurture body, mind and soul with Yoga, and my hope is that you leave my class feeling relaxed, nourished and balanced.
